Becky & Benny Ratiu
Hi,
My name is Becky Ratiu and I am the CEO and the Manager of Five Roses Adult Care Home III. My family and I have been providing care for seniors for over 19 years. Being involved with senior care has always been my choice. I have an Associates Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Management. I have grown up watching seniors being cared for by my parents and I knew that one day, that would be the path I would like to follow.
Working as a Caregiver in a Rehab Center and seeing the “coldness” of others, was an eye opening experience. That was the moment when I felt that, our seniors deserve better care, better nutrition, more kindness and more love.
After a few years I was able to open my own care home and take care of patients at all levels of care, including diabetes and feeding tubes.
I am married to Benny Ratiu, who has a heart of gold and loves to take care of our residents. He is also a skilled handyman and a great musician. His music selection from country, pop-country, 80’s, jazz, gospel and many more brings joy to our residents and warmth into our home.
We are simple people who want to make a difference in people’s lives by showing compassion, love, respect and kindness.
